Inspired by my love of collecting trinkets and mementos, the Seashell Ornament is features delicate illustrations of seashells and other treasures I’ve photographed along the coastlines and rock pools I’ve been lucky enough to explore. I strayed away from the typical coastal colour palette of blues and  instead used a unique palette of soft pinks, lilacs, and browns, complemented by a hand-torn dark burgundy ribbon crafted from one of my op-shop fabric finds (another category I seem to collect). This bauble reflects my fascination with nature and serves as an encouragement to stop and spot the seashells.

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian domestic orders. All order will be shipped within 5 business days. All orders are sent via Australia Post, so please see the Australia Post website for approximate delivery timeframes. Information about Christmas cut-off dates for delivery can be found here. Please note that I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive prior to Christmas day.

    Express Delivery is an additional $7.
    International Delivery is a flat rate of $25 AUD.

    I do not take responsibility if you have incorrectly entered your shipping details, so please triple check prior to ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order.

    All packages are prepared with lots of love and a whole lot of care, but sometimes they can have a rough journey to you. If this happens, please take photos of the item ordered, the packaging, and how it was delivered. You can seek compensation through Australia Post here, or send me a message with the images so I can look into it for you.

  • Each bauble has been hand-painted by myself over the last few weeks. The process of painting each one has been largely cathartic and has provided me with comfort and distraction during what is usually a difficult time of year for my mental health. I truely appreciate you supporting me and my art during this time.

  • Please ensure care is taken when unboxing your ornament as it is fragile in nature. Due to the satin finish, avoid contact with hard surfaces as this may cause the paint to scratch or chip. When not on display, store in a dark and dry place away from any direct light or moisture, avoiding rough surfaces where possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting. To clean, use a soft cloth to gently wipe away dust.
